ANNOUNCEMENT

The Board notes the arrest and bail of Mr. Yeung Ka Sing, Carson in connection with alleged dealing with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence and understands that the offences are in no way related to the Company.

At the request of the Company, trading in the Shares was suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 June, 2011. The Shares will remain suspended pending a further announcement regarding the incident and the Company’s financial position.

The Board of directors (the “Board”) of Birmingham International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) notes the arrest of Mr. Yeung Ka Sing, Carson on 29 June, 2011 in connection with alleged dealings with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence.

The Company wishes to announce that so far as it is aware having taken steps to ascertain the same, the alleged offences against Mr. Yeung do not relate to the Company nor to Birmingham City Football Club.

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company was suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 30 June, 2011. The shares of the Company will remain suspended pending a further announcement regarding the incident and the Company’s financial position.
