DISCLOSURE UNDER RULE 13.09 OF THE LISTING RULES

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules on the disclosure of the legal proceedings against the Company.

The Board announces that on 5th October, 2009, the Company received a writ of summons from Seymour Pierce Limited relating to fees alleged to be due to it in connection with the Company’s acquisition of an interest in Birmingham City PLC in 2007. The fees alleged amounts to £2.2 million. The Company has sought UK counsel’s opinion on this matter and will defend this claim vigorously. A further announcement will be made as and when required.
