Suspension of Trading

The Company announces that the trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended from 9:30 a.m. on 23rd July, 2007 pending release of an announcement regarding a major transaction.

As at the date of this notice, the directors of the Company are Mr. Yeung Ka Sing, Carson, Mr. Hui Ho Luek, Vico, Mr. Steve McManaman, Mr. Lee Yiu Tung, Mr. Ip Wing Lun, Ms. Wong Po Ling, Pauline and Ms. Siu Bessie as executive directors, Mr. Fu Wing Kwok, Ewing as non-executive director, Mr. Chang Kin Man, Mr. Zhou Han Ping and Mr. Yip Man Ki, all being the independent non-executive directors.
