UPDATES OF MAJOR TRANSACTION IN RELATION TO ACQUISITION OF ENTIRE INTEREST IN PEACE INTERNATIONAL CREATION LIMITED

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 13 November 2009 (“ Announcement ”) in relation to, among others, the Acquisition, and the announcements of the Company dated 4 December 2009, 11 February 2010, 23 April 2010, 26 July 2010 and 25 August 2010 in relation to the delay in dispatch of the circular in respect of the Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

Considered the conditions under the Agreement have not been fulfilled, as at the date of this announcement, the parties to the Agreement are in the process of negotiating the terms of terminating the Acquisition. Further announcement(s) shall be made to update the Shareholders in relation to the status of the Acquisition as soon as possible.
