CLARIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF EXEXCUTIVE DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement of Birmingham International Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 22 July 2010 regarding the appointment of Mr. Chan Shun Wah (“ Mr. Chan ”) as Executive Director of the Company (the “ Announcement ”).

The board of directors of the Company wishes to clarify that Mr. Chan has completed his diploma at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University instead of having graduated from his study at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University as stated in the Announcement.

The relevant paragraph of Mr. Chan’s biography in the Announcement should be read as follows:

“Mr. Chan, aged 47, has senior experience in the management of project investments. He also has extensive experience in engineering and multi-media. He has completed his diploma at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.”
