CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Grandtop International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that Mr. Edmund Siu (“Mr. Siu”), resigned as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 11 August 2008 due to his personal reasons.

The Board of the Company also announces that Mr. Ip Wing Lun (“Mr. Ip”) has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 11 August 2008. Mr. Ip is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Mr. Siu for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of office and express its warmest welcome to Mr. Ip.
