Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development company,  is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JU on 25 June 2025 at 10.00 a.m.

A copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 31 December 2024 is available for download at the Company's dedicated investor relations platform: https://investors.zinnwaldlithium.com/documents .

Documents will be posted to registered shareholders who have requested hard copy documents and also to shareholders who have joined the register since the last notice of AGM.
