Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development company,  is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Clubhouse, 8 St James's Square, London, SW1Y 4JU on 19 June 2024 at 10.00 a.m.

In support of Zinnwald Lithium's ongoing commitment to minimise unnecessary waste, the Notice of AGM, Form of Proxy, Deemed Consent Letters, and the Annual Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 are available for download at the Company's dedicated investor relations platform: https://investors.zinnwaldlithium.com/documents . Documents will be posted to registered shareholders who have requested hard copy documents and also to shareholders who have joined the register since the last notice of AGM.
