Zinnwald Lithium plc, the German focused lithium development company, has been informed that, Anton du Plessis (CEO) and Cherif Rifaat (CFO), have transferred ordinary shares in Zinnwald Lithium plc (the "Ordinary Shares"), into ISA accounts.

Following the transfer, Anton du Plessis' beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 726,351 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.15% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Following the transfer, Cherif Rifaat's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 795,046 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.17% of the Company's total issued share capital.
