Zinc Media Group plc, the TV and multimedia content producer, announces that Peter Bertram, Chairman, purchased 1,127,273 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 May 2018 at a price of 0.44p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Peter Bertram is interested in a total of 9,464,083 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.70 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
