The board of Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), the award-winning television and content production group, is pleased to announce that at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The full text of all the resolutions can be found in the 'Annual Report And Accounts 31 December 2024', a copy of which is available on the Company's website.
