Due to an administrative oversight the Appendix 3X (Initial Director’s Interest Notice) for Dr Sydney Mufamadi, who was appointed as a director of Zimplats Holdings Limited with effect from 1 May 2015, has been lodged after the due date. The Company however confirms that it has arrangements in place to ensure that it meets its disclosure obligations under the Listing Rules.
