RESIGNATION OF MR. PETER MARTIN VANDERSPUY
The Company advises that given the recent resignation from the Zimplats Board of Mr Peter Vanderspuy, a motion to amend resolution 9, by removing Mr Peter Vanderspuy's name and share options, will be raised at Wednesday's AGM on the 20 November 2002, and, if accepted, members will only be required to vote on resolution 9 as it relates to Mr Robert Still.
