Release of Shares from Escrow

Zimi Limited (ASX:ZMM) (“ Zimi ”, or the “ Company ”), an innovative Australian IoT company, enhancing connectivity of electrical devices from homes to high-rises, advises that 2,687,500 ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 31 July 2024.

These shares were previously issued following receipt of shareholder approval at the annual general meeting held 28 November 2023 and were subject to voluntary escrow.
