Consolidation of Capital – Clarification on Rounding

WHL Energy Limited ( the Company ) refers to the consolidation of capital announced on 3 November 2016 and subject to shareholder approval at a meeting convened for 30 November 2016.

The Company clarifies that for the purpose of the consolidation, where the consolidation results in a fraction of a security, that fraction shall be rounded up to the next whole number.
