Clarification of Entitlement Offer Timetable

Quantify Technology Holdings Limited ( Company ) wishes to advise that there is a discrepancy between the “Ex” Date and Record Date with respect to the Company’s entitlement offer as set out in the ASX announcement dated 13 January 2020 titled “Proposed Issue of Securities – QFY” and the Prospectus dated 17 January 2020.

The Company wishes to clarify that the “Ex” Date and Record Date set out in the “Proposed Issue of Securities – QFY” as announced on 13 January 2020 are correct. Therefore, for the avoidance of doubt, the following dates apply to the entitlement offer:

• the “Ex” Date is Tuesday, 21 January 2020 ;

• the Record Date is Wednesday, 22 January 2020 ; and

• the date of dispatch of the Prospectus and Opening Date is Tuesday, 28 January 2020 .

All other dates set out in the timetable included in the Prospectus remain the same.
