Entitlement Issue Closure and Notice of Shortfall

Quantify Technology Holdings Limited advises that the fully underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue pursuant to the Offer Document dated 17 January 2020, closed on 18 February 2020 ( Entitlement Issue or Offer ).

The Entitlement Issue offered, to eligible shareholders, one (1) new share for every four (4) shares held on the record date, at an issue price of $0.004 per new share, together with one free attaching option.

Shares validly applied for under the Offer and the number of shortfall shares is summarised below:
