Entitlement Issue Closure and Notice of Shortfall

Quantify Technology Holdings Limited advises that the fully underwritten pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue pursuant to the Offer Document dated 5 July 2019, closed on 6 August 2019 ( Entitlement Issue or Offer ).

The Entitlement Issue offered, to eligible shareholders, one (1) new share for every four (4) shares held on the record date, at an issue price of $0.005 per new share.

Shares validly applied for under the Offer and the number of shortfall shares is summarised below:

The 190,932,783 shortfall shares will be placed by the joint underwriters, Pinnacle Corporate Finance Pty Ltd and RM Corporate Finance Pty Ltd, pursuant to the terms of the underwriting agreement.
