CAPITAL RAISING TO PURCHASE INTEREST IN OIL ASSETS

The Company announces that it has placed 22,000,000 fully paid shares in the capital of the Company to fifteen applicants for such shares at 1 cent each to raise funds to assist in the purchase of an interest in Kentucky Oil assets and for further working capital.

A detailed announcement will follow as soon as formal agreements are executed.
