WHL WIND FARMS JOINT VENTURE REPORT

After an extensive marketing and promotion campaign to Joint Venture or sell Wind Farms in our portfolio, WHL Energy Limited is pleased to announce that it has now completed that process.

The discussions and details are well advanced with the selected purchasing parties and WHL Energy Ltd is now working through final contractual details, which have been submitted for the properties in its Wind Farm portfolio.

The first of these agreements is due to be completed within 4 weeks.
