In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3 Australian energy company WHL Energy Limited ( ASX: WHN ) (“the Company”) advises that it has changed its auditor from Russell Bedford NSW to HLB Mann Judd following the relocation of the Registered Office from Sydney to Perth. The appointment is valid until the Company’s next annual general meeting at which it will be subject to shareholder approval.
