APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

The company announces the appointment of Warwick Desmond Davies as a Director with effect from 3 June 2009.

Mr Davies is a Director of Autron Corporation Limited (Autron), an Australian company listed on both the Australian and Singapore stock exchanges. Mr Davies was appointed to the Autron board in 1997 and is currently the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee. The Autron Group activities encompass electronics manufacturing and distribution operations in China, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong, employing over 6,500 staff.

Mr Davies is highly experienced in financial analysis, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and development of positive cash flow.
