New appointment to the Board and update on Projects

Wind Hydrogen Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Peter McLellan to the Board of the Company (Mr McLellan’s CV is attached). The Board believes that Mr McLellan’s experience and skills set will best serve and enhance the Company’s chances of achieving success with the 48 MW Wings Law wind farm proposal and the Lochshore Hydrogen Balancing Plant (together known as the Ladymoor Renewable Energy Project) as well as development of other early stage wind farm opportunities in the Company’s portfolio.

The current Managing Director, Mr Richard Pritchard, will resign from Wind Hydrogen by mutual agreement with the Board at the close of the AGM. Mr Pritchard was a co-founder of the Company in 2005 and successfully negotiated Wind Hydrogen through the IPO process.

Some of Wind Hydrogen’s Directors recently met with representatives of The People’s Government of Inner Mongolia in Sydney and a presentation was made on the Company’s objective to be a leading developer of smaller wind farms (50MWs and below) and on its patented systems hydrogen balancing technology. Wind Hydrogen was invited to make a submission regarding the development of wind farms and hydrogen balancing plants. The Company has prepared a proposal for the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia (similar to the Ladymoor Renewable Energy project in Scotland) and expects it to be progressed during the coming weeks.

Wind Hydrogen is pleased to update shareholders with progress in respect of the Ladymoor Renewable Energy Project in Scotland, specifically the Wings Law 48 MW wind farm proposal. This was submitted to North Ayrshire Council in Scotland on 27[th] July 2007 and the Company is now about half way into the sixteen week deliberation period which the Council has to make its decision. The 40 MW wind farm proposal at Woolsthorpe in Victoria has also been submitted and the Company is currently awaiting a decision from the relevant authorities.
