Appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer and the election of a new Chairman
The board of Wind Hydrogen Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Larry Podrasky to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and his election by the board to the position of Executive Chairman.
Mr. Podrasky, who is 51 years old, has more than 20 years management experience in the energy and resources sectors including roles as Executive Vice President for Bankers Trust Australia Investment Bank, First Vice President for Credit Lyonnais and Executive Chairman of Axiom Mining Limited. Mr. Podrasky holds an MBA in finance and accounting from Cornell University.
