Annual General Meeting Information
Zimi Limited (ASX:ZMM) (“ Zimi ”, or the “ Company ”), an innovative Australian IoT company, enhancing connectivity of electrical devices from homes to high-rises, anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on or after 28 November 2022 (and in any case no later than 30 November 2022).
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 14.3, the Company advises that valid nominations for the position of director must be received by the Company or on before 4.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 7 October 2022, being at least 35 business days before the date of the AGM.
Pursuant to the Company’s constitution, nominations must be sent by mail to the Company’s registered office.
This notice is given in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1.
