On February 18, 2021, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a notice through the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Ltd. distribution system of a partial mandatory excess cash redemption of the Company’s 3% Series 1 Senior Notes due 2023 in the amount of $84,573,777.53 to the holders of Series 1A Notes and in the amount of $845,574.54 to the holders of Series 1B Notes, all in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the terms of these notes. The aforesaid partial redemption is expected to take place on March 22, 2021.

The information in this Form 6-K shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933 or the Exchange Act.
