Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 16, 2021, Ziff Davis, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the RBC Capital Markets Global Technology, Internet, Media and Telecommunications Conference. Webcast information will become available at a later date on Company’s website or that of RBC Capital Markets.

As part of the Company’s participation in the conference, the Company is reaffirming its previously issued updated financial estimates for fiscal 2021.
