Incorporation of Zicom Innovations Group Pte Ltd

Pursuant to the Chairman’s Message in the Annual Report 2017, the Group is pleased to announce that its intermediate holding company in Singapore, Zicom Holdings Pte Ltd, has formally incorporated a 100% owned subsidiary company, Zicom Innovations Group Pte Ltd (“ZIG”).

ZIG will cluster all the technology investments together with the precision engineering subsidiaries under one group as part of the Group’s plan to spin off this cluster in a potential Initial Public Offering to unlock the value of the Group’s investments.

Plans are being finalised to seek strategic pre-IPO investors.

Further announcements will be made by the Board as appropriate.
