Resignation of Joint Company Secretary

Mr Igor Sushko (Nick) has resigned as a Joint Company Secretary with effect from today. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr Igor for his past contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Ms Jenny Lim, the Group’s executive director and concurrent joint secretary will continue to directly take care of Company’s corporate secretarial matters. We plan to appoint an appropriate person to replace Mr Igor as a Joint Company Secretary with Ms Jenny Lim.
