Appointment of Interim Joint Company Secretary

For the purposes of complying with Section 204A(2) of the Corporations Act, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr Gary Webster to be the interim Joint Company Secretary of Zicom Group Limited together with Ms Jenny Lim.

The appointment is effective from today, pending a permanent appointment to the position.

Mr Webster is the managing director of Cesco Australia Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. He is an experienced executive who is very familiar with our operations in Australia.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Ms Jenny Lim will continue to be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
