Appointment of Joint Company Secretary

The Board wishes to announce that Mr Surendra Kumar has resigned as a Joint Company Secretary with effect from today .Mr Kumar has also resigned as the Finance Manager and Secretary of Cesco Australia Ltd and as a Director and Secretary of Cesco Equipment Pty Ltd. Mr Kumar wishes to pursue his personal interests. The Board wishes to record their thanks to Mr Kumar for his past contributions and services and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

The Board has appointed Mr Igor Sushko, an Australian resident in Brisbane in place of Mr Kumar as the Finance Manager and Secretary of Cesco Australia Ltd and Cesco Equipment Pty Ltd and concurrently acting as Joint Company Secretary of Zicom Group Limited together with Ms Jenny Lim with effect from 5 May 2017.

Mr Sushko is a CPA and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has had more than 20 years of experience in corporate, finance and industrial management across various industries in Australia. The Board is confident that Mr Sushko brings with him suitable relevant experiences to the job.
