CORRIGENDUM – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018

We wish to draw shareholders’ attention to a transposition error on Page 8, Section 4.1 Bullet point 2 of the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018 despatched to shareholders yesterday. It should read:-

Eligible Shareholders will also receive same proportionate shareholding in ZIG. The Directors assess the value of ZIG Shares as A$0.082 (instead of S$0.082) per ZIG Share (should be S$0.081 instead of A$0.081)
