Hamburg, December 30, 2009 - ZhongDe Group [Ticker ZEF] has signed an EPC
contract with Dingzhou Ruiquan Solid Waste Treatment Co., Ltd on a 600
tons/day waste incinerator plant with electricity generation. The project
is located in Daqilian Village, Dingzhou City, Hebei province. The actual
contract value（VAT excluded) is RMB 229.74 million (approx. EUR 23 million)
and the total contract amounts is RMB 268.8 million (tax included). This is
the fourth large engineering, procurement and construction project (EPC
project) for ZhongDe.

The Dingzhou project uses the grate furnace incineration technology. Two
incineration lines with daily treatment capacity of 300 tons each will be
installed. The project treats an average of 600 tons of municipal waste
daily with an annual 8,000 hours of equipment utilization. The total waste
treatment volume of the whole plant is 200,000 tons per year. Each
incineration line is supported with semi-dry flue-gas purifying treatment.
The steam produced from the waste heat boiler will be utilized for the
power generation of a 9 MW turbo generator unit. The electric power
generated by the unit will be partly used by the plant, the remaining of
which will be incorporated into the urban power grid. The matching systems
include flue-gas treatment system, slag or flying-ash delivery system, etc.
