Due to the considerable assistance the Directors are providing to the company, the Directors have elected to receive Director’s fees. Mr Zhao and Mr Zhang are to be paid $50,000 each per annum and Mr Ding (Non-Executive Chairman) is to be paid $80,000 per annum. Mr Greg Hall will continue with his current remuneration of $50,000 per annum.
