Correction to Initial Director’s Interest Notices

Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: ZEU | ACN 139 183 190) (“ Zeus ” or the “ Company ”) advises that the Initial Director’s Interest Notices of Mr Ding Xu and Mr Sitong Wu released on 4 April 2022, contained errors in relation to Part 2 of the notices.

The name of holder and nature of interests were incorrectly stated in Part 2 of the notices due to an administrative oversight.

Corrected versions of the Initial Director’s Interest Notices for Mr Wu and Mr Xu have been attached to this document.

This announcement was authorised for release to the ASX by the Board of the Company.
