LATE LODGEMENT OF DIRECTORS’ INTEREST NOTICES

Zeus Resources Ltd (ACN 139 183 190) (the Company ) ( ASX: ZEU ) refers to an Appendix 3X (Initial Director’s Interest Notice) for Dr Dongfeng Zhang and an Appendix 3Z (Final Director’s Interest Notice) for Mr Shouyin Wang as attached to this notice (the Appendices ).

The delay in lodgement of the Appendices was due to an internal administrative oversight of which Dr Zhang and Mr Wang were not aware and which were not attributable to them.

Every Director of the Company is aware of ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and their obligations to provide the necessary information to the Company to enable it to meet its disclosure requirements.

The Company is satisfied that it has the necessary reporting and notification policies in place to ensure compliance with its disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules. The Company considers the late lodgement of the Directors notices to be an isolated incident.

This announcement was authorised for release to the ASX by the Board of the Company.
