Correction to Initial Director's Interest Notice

Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: ZEU | ACN 139 183 190) (“ Zeus ” or the “ Company ”) advises that the announcement in relation to Initial Director's Interest Notice (“ Appendix 3X ”) for Mr Yicheng Zhang, released earlier today, contained an error in Part 1 (Director’s relevant interests in securities of which the director is registered holder).

The number and class of securities stated in Part 1, should have been stated in Part 2 (Director’s relevant interests in securities of which the director is not registered holder) of the Appendix 3X.

A corrected version of the Appendix 3X has been attached to this document.
