CORRECTION TO CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Zeus Resources Ltd (ACN 139 183 190) (the Company ) ( ASX: ZEU ) advises that the announcement in relation to the change of Company Secretary, released to the ASX earlier today, contained an error in the title of the Mr Jian Liu.
The Company should have stated that following Mr Jian Liu’s appointment as the Company Secretary, Mr Liu will hold the dual role of Company Secretary and Executive Director.
All other statements in the announcement remain unchanged.
A corrected version of the Change of Company Secretary has been attached to this document.

CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Zeus Resources Limited (ACN 139 183 190) (the Company ) (ASX: ZEU ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Jian Liu as Company Secretary. Mr Jian Liu will hold the dual role of Company Secretary and Executive Director.
The appointment of Mr Liu follows the resignation of Ms Laura Newell (of Boardroom Pty Limited) as Company Secretary. Boardroom Pty Limited will continue to be the Company’s corporate secretarial provider and Ms Emily Austin will continue to be the Company’s Corporate Governance Advisor.
