Correction to Directors Appointment & Resignation

Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: ZEU | ACN 139 183 190) (“ Zeus ” or the “ Company ”) advises that the announcement in relation to Directors Appointment & Resignation released on 28 October 2021 contained an error in relation to Mr Yicheng Zhang’s work history and background.

The error occurred due to mistranslation of Mr Zhang’s curriculum vitae from Mandarin language to English.

A corrected version of the Directors Appointment & Resignation has been attached to this document.

Directors Appointment & Resignation

Zeus Resources Limited (ASX: ZEU | ACN 139 183 190) (“ Zeus ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr Yicheng Zhang as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Yicheng Zhang holds double degrees in Business Management & Information Technology from University of Technology Sydney, after finishing his secondary education at The King’s School in England.

Mr Yicheng Zhang has gained extensive experience in the mining industry when he worked in Western Australia and successfully facilitated the deal to acquire VDM Group, a mining service provider in trade and construction. As the General Manager of Geolord Investment Group, the family enterprise, Mr Zhang has invested and developed multiple large property projects in Sydney, Auckland, and Christchurch. Meanwhile, as the General Manager of Chonwin International business department, he is in charge of all business development and investment for the group in Australia, New Zealand, and PNG.

As Zeus embarks on a new phase of growth, the Company believes that Mr Yicheng Zhang’s experience and connections in the mining sector will be invaluable for the development of the Company.

Zeus also announces the resignation of Mr Yong Zhang as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Yong Zhang has served the Company as Director since 2013. The Board would like to thank Mr Yong Zhang for his service to the Company.
