RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Zeus Resources Ltd (ACN 139 183 190) (Company) (ASX:ZEU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Laura Newell as Company Secretary, effective 1 December 2020.

Laura is an experienced Chartered Company Secretary who has worked for a broad range of organisations, both inhouse and for corporate secretarial service providers.

Laura has over ten years of experience in company secretarial and governance management of ASX & NSX listed entities, unlisted public entities and FTSE100 entities. She has worked with Boards and executive management of listed and unlisted companies across a range of industry sectors.

Laura is a Company Secretary of a number of ASX listed and unlisted public companies. She holds a degree with Honours in Law and Criminology and a Masters. degree in Law and Corporate Governance. She is an Associate of the Governance Institute of Australia (AGIA).

Ms. Newell is taking over the role from Mr. Anthony Harris. The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. Harris for his contribution and service to the Company.
