Zeus Resources Ltd (ACN 139 183 190) (Company) (ASX:ZEU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Shelley Peters as Company Secretary, effective 17 February 2016.

Holding both a Degree in Law and Qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Ms Peters brings a unique blend of commercial and technical transformation skills, having worked heavily within the technology, property, entrepreneurial and professional service based sectors over the past 7 years.

Ms Peters is taking over the role from Mr Andrew Whitten, who is stepping down after almost 7 years in the role. The Board would like to thank Mr Whitten for his dedication and service since his appointment to the role of Company Secretary in 2009, and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
