ASX Code: ZEU - Zeus Company Announcement Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Zeus Resources Limited (“Zeus” or “the Company”) advises that its Chief Executive Officer, Mr Ian de Renzie Duncan has resigned to pursue other opportunities in the mining and resources sector.

Mr Duncan was a founder of Zeus and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since Zeus’ incorporation in October 2009.

Mr Duncan has contributed greatly to the growth of Zeus and played a crucial role in procuring the $11.53M cornerstone investment of China Metallurgical Geological Bureau via its subsidiary, Zhengyuan International Mining Company Limited. In addition, Mr Duncan was responsible for sourcing and procuring the Company’s tenements as well as managing the IPO process.

The Board thanks him for his considerable contribution and wishes him well for the future.

Consultancy Arrangement

As an interim arrangement, Mr Duncan, through his private entity, Duncan Mining Pty Ltd, will provide consultancy services to the Company and act in an advisory role on a short term contract basis to assist with government and investor relations as well as business development.

Executive Appointment

Dr Michael Etheridge, currently a non-executive director of Zeus, has agreed to temporarily assume the position of acting Chief Executive Officer. It is anticipated that this appointment will be on a short-term basis until a new Chief Executive Officer can be recruited.
