ASX Code: ZEU - Zeus Company Announcement Departure of Chief Executive Officer

The Board of Zeus Resources Limited (“Zeus” or “the Company”) advises that its contract with Chief Executive Officer, Mr Peter Williamson has been terminated by mutual agreement.

Acting Chief Executive Appointment

Mr Jiangang Zhao of Zhengyuan International Mining Co. Limited, a wholly owned Subsidiary of the Chinese State Owned Enterprise, China Metallurgical Geological Bureau, currently a non-executive director of Zeus, has agreed to temporarily assume the position of acting Chief Executive Officer. It is anticipated that this appointment will be on a short-term basis until a new Chief Executive Officer can be recruited.
