Share Issuance

On November 29, 2022, Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (the “ Company ”) authorized the issuance to certain employees an aggregate of 300,000 ordinary shares (the “ Shares ”) under the Company’s 2022 Equity Incentive Plan. The Shares were issued and vested immediately on November 30, 2022 with no restrictions.
