In connection with the annual meeting of shareholders (the “ Annual Meeting ”) of Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “ Company ”), the Company furnished the notice of the Annual Meeting and the form of proxy card along with a Form 6-K filed on August 30, 2024. The Company is filing this Supplement to Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to amend Proposal 1 submitted for the shareholders’ approval in the Annual Meeting.
