Zephyr Energy plc (AIM: ZPHR), the Rocky Mountain oil and gas company focused on responsible resource development, confirms that with completion today of the Placing announced on 29 March 2021, following Second Admission this morning, the shareholdings of Directors that took part in the Placing are now as follows:

Rick Grant, the Chairman of Zephyr, and Colin Harrington, the CEO of Zephyr, are both shareholders and directors of OCE, and Colin Harrington is indirectly the controlling shareholder of OCE.
