Total voting rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 26 February 2021 the issued share capital of the Company comprises 710,871,105 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each with one voting right per share ('Ordinary Shares').  

On 1 March 2021, a further 6,818,182 Ordinary Shares will be issued as detailed in the Company's announcement of 24 February 2021. Therefore, from 1 March 2021 the issued share capital of the company will comprise 717,689,287 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total voting rights in the Company will be 717,689,287. From 1 March 2021, the figure of 717,689,287 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
