Rose Petroleum plc (AIM: ROSE), a Rocky Mountain-focused oil and gas company, has been informed that Chris Eadie, Chief Financial Officer, has today purchased a total of 798,500 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company at an average price of 1.26p per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Eadie has a total beneficial interest in 2,516,004 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 1.47 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
