Zeotech Limited (ASX: ZEO) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Zeotech Limited (‘ZEO’) will be halted at the request of ZEO, pending the release of an announcement by ZEO.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 29 September 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

ZEO’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Zeotech Limited (“Zeotech” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the ASX, with respect to Zeotech’s quoted securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Zeotech advises that:

• (a) the reason for the request is to facilitate an orderly market in the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising;

• (b) it anticipates that the trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the Company making an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Monday, 29 September 2025;

• (c) it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

• (d) there is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
