COMPLETION OF TOONDOON PROJECT ACQUISITION
Emerging mineral processing technology company, Zeotech Limited (ASX: ZEO, “Zeotech” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that following the General Meeting held on 31 August 2022, it has completed the Toondoon Kaolin Project acquisition by acquiring 100% of issued capital in Kalotech Pty Ltd, which holds the mining lease and exploration licences for the 28,000 hectare Toondoon project, one of the highest grade raw ore kaolin deposits in Australia[1] .
The Toondoon project and associated licences comprise ML 80016, EPM 27395 and EPMa 27866, and is located approximately 20 kilometres south of Mundubbera, Queensland.
This announcement has been approved by the Board.
